Toni Saby was born and raised in the Lehigh Valley, where she developed a strong sense of community and a deep appreciation for family. A proud graduate of Muhlenberg College, Toni has always been passionate about personal wellness and fitness. She is a devoted mother to two children, Joshua and Ava, and cherishes the time spent with her family.

Toni spent many years at Rodale, working with Prevention magazine, where she honed her expertise in health and wellness. She now channels that experience into her career as a health insurance broker, where she takes great joy in helping others navigate their healthcare needs. Outside of her professional life, Toni is dedicated to giving back to her community. She actively volunteers at a local food pantry, reflecting her commitment to charity and making a positive impact in the lives of others.
